Had to book a hotel the same day as checking in due to a flight issue with work. The staff at the front desk was nice enough to help and walked me through a reservation then and there in the lobby. Room was affordable clean and comfy. One of the better hotel experiences I've had
Property and rooms were clean. Good luggage carts. Lillian and Amanda, at the front desk, were friendly, helpful and professional. Beds are comfortable. Linens clean and soft. Hot water maintained at temperature, and did not fluctuate.
The rooms are always clean and well taken care of. The service is quick and efficient. All the staff are very polite and helpful. It's location it right in the heart of everything shopping center, restaurants and family activities.
Overall, the room was amazing. One lamp was missing a light bulb but that was an easy fix. What I didn't like is I booked directly with them but hotels.com was $12 cheaper with taxes included, they wouldn't match the price, that was our only issue.

This hotel was just what I needed at a tough time in my life. I love the long-term stay setup as far as the rooms being equipped with a kitchenette. The staff has also been very accommodating and friendly to me and I would consider them family.
Staff is so friendly and helpful. Anna does an amazing job keeping my room in order. Tim and Amanda, can’t say enough nice things about those two.
I left a review else where and it was long and heartfelt so ima some it up here ! Literally my favorite hotel literally love them all like my family !! Nothing but nice and helpful ! Been here for 4 months and i felt nothing but love ! Im finally moving into my own place & im sad to go and they were all happy for me and it made me feel wonderful due to me having no family and no parents ! They truely warmed my heart every single one of them from morning shift to night shift yall are all dope and amazing ! Also love the new beds and Tvs !!
